Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to the Suzhou main railway station, and breakfast were the best aspects of my stay here. The room was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a halal restaurant nearby, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location was convenient as it was close to the Suzhou main railway station and near the city center. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, facilities, location, and breakfast.

During my stay, I was very impressed by the hotel's facilities. The gym, sauna, steam room, and swimming pool were all top-notch. The location close to the center of the city made it easy to get around and explore. Additionally, the staff was friendly and supportive. They could speak English and were always willing to assist.

During my recent stay, I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, nestled close to the city center and the Suzhou main railway station. Despite the few construction sites around, I was impressed by the cleanliness of my room and bathroom. the service was impeccable, and the breakfast was quite satisfactory. the hotel facilities were top-notch, including the pool and gym for fitness enthusiasts.

The hotel lacked the five-star appeal of other luxury hotels worldwide that I have previously stayed at, with room service struggling to understand English and a little bit of wear and tear on the furniture.

Needs Updating and Slow Service Unfortunately, the hotel was in need of updating. the lobby was small and outdated, and the rooms were old, fashioned and in need of a refresh.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Suzhou and had a great experience. The location was perfect, as it was close to the main railway station and only a short walk to the metro. Although there were some construction sites nearby, it didn't affect my stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who spoke good English. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh food, and the hotel had a gym and pool for guests to use. I had a fantastic stay.

The only downside was that the breakfast restaurant lacked elegance and some of the furniture showed signs of wear.

The only negative aspect was the location. Although the hotel provided a shuttle service, it was not as convenient as being in the city center.

The hotel lacked key card security for the lifts, and the front desk staff were not friendly or professional. The room had a strong cigarette odor, despite being in a non-smoking level.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with a variety of massages and beauty treatments, and the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for a relaxing afternoon. In addition, the restaurant served a delicious continental breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was ideal for a nightcap.

The only issue I found was the location - a bit far from Downtown, but manageable by taxi. Nonetheless, the garden area was lovely and provided a nice escape from the busy city.
